A taco enthusiast travels many miles, to different cities and countries, tries countless tacos—experiences several disappointments, suffers a few stomachaches—at times so painful that at the acme of the pain and discomfort, he even considers ending the taco affair. But all that pain and struggle is forgotten when his explorations finally lead to a fine taco experience. Let me rephrase that; “climaxic taco experience”—when the vibrations of the taco pleasure gently caress his senses long after leaving the taqueria. “Tacos y Birria La Unica,” six days a week, from 8:00 AM until they run out of product (usually around 2:00 PM) is a home to a climaxic taco experience. It gives meaning to a taco enthusiast’s “struggles.” Need I say more?
